Minced meat and pasta casserole from the microwave

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 500 g tomatoes, chopped
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp broth, granulated
  • 200 ml cream
  • 180 g pasta
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Combine the first eight ingredients from the list in a microwave-safe container (e.g., Tupperware Ultra Plus). Add the raw pasta and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook at 600 watts for 10 minutes. Stir well again and return to the microwave for another 10 minutes at the same wattage. Serve hot. Note: If the pasta is still hard, simply return it to the microwave for a few more minutes.
