Spicy filled flatbread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 large flatbread(s) (alternatively 2 small ones)
  • 50 g herb butter or garlic butter
  • 200 g lettuce (coleslaw)
  • 100 g ham, cooked, cut into thin slices
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aged, sliced
  • 4 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Clean and wash the tomatoes and slice them into slices. Cut the flatbread in half and spread the halves with herb butter or garlic butter. Top the bottom halves with coleslaw, spring onions, tomatoes, ham, and cheese. Place the sandwiches under the hot grill or in a preheated oven (electric oven: 250°C) for about 5-6 minutes. Now, if desired, add a dollop of sour cream to each sandwich. Place the top layer on top and serve.
