Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 can of mushrooms, sliced, approx. 460 g drained weight
- 500 g minced meat
- 50 g onion(s)
- 200 g sour cream
- 10 g breadcrumbs
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 15 g spice mix (raclette spice)
- 10 g butter

to prepare well
Boil the potatoes with their skins on and then peel them. Fry the minced meat with the diced onions until crispy. Season well with the raclette seasoning. Add the drained mushroom slices and fry. Then add the sour cream and mix well. Adjust the seasoning if necessary. The seasoning should be quite strong, as the sauce will soak into the potatoes. Cut the peeled potatoes into slices and place in a baking dish. Pour the minced meat over them and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Finally, spread the breadcrumbs over them and cut the butter into flakes and scatter them on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 20-30 minutes on the middle rack. Approx. 745 kcal per serving.
