Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 small can of sauerkraut
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 3 cloves garlic
- Salt
- Harissa
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Brown the minced meat in a pan until crumbly. Add the sauerkraut, harissa, and salt. Crush the garlic and add it. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the crème fraîche and stir well. This goes best with waxy potatoes (in my opinion).
