Minced meat and sour cream quiche

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 140 g butter or margarine
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 300 g seasonal vegetables such as peppers, zucchini…
  • 200 g cheese, grated, (Emmental)
  • 2 eggs
  • Thyme, fresh,
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Make a dough from flour, butter, 80g sour cream, and salt and line a greased 28cm springform pan with it. Dice the onions and sauté with 2 tablespoons of oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry. Add the washed and finely chopped vegetables. Let everything cool. Then mix in the cheese, eggs, thyme leaves, and remaining sour cream. Season the minced meat mixture to taste and pour into the pastry-lined springform pan. Bake at 180°C for 50 minutes. Serve warm. Serve with salad, if desired.
