Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g minced meat
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 spring onions
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, sweet
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the vegetables into pieces so that everything cooks in roughly the same amount of time. Add the minced meat to a wok with a little oil and fry until it has brown marks. Meanwhile, to make the sauce, first finely chop the chili pepper and garlic. Then mix in a bowl with all the other ingredients except the vegetable stock. Add the vegetables to the minced meat and let everything simmer for a short while. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and bring to a boil briefly (about 30 seconds). Finally, add the sauce and stir in. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. Now you can serve it; rice goes best with it.
