Minced meat, bacon and beans with pasta in herb curd

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 250 g pasta, e.g. penne
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • 100 g diced ham
  • 1 small can/n of green beans, broad beans or fresh beans
  • some tomatoes, chopped
  • 250 g herb curd
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

easy and fast

First, cook the pasta in salted water. In a large pot, fry the minced meat with the finely chopped onion and diced ham until the minced meat is cooked through. Then add the beans and the finely chopped tomatoes and fry them gently. Finally, add the herb curd, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything together. Mix in the pasta or serve separately.
