Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 50 g onion(s)
- 375 g minced beef or mixed mince
- 2 tbsp oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. cayenne pepper
- e.g. marjoram
- n. B. Grease for the mold
- 500 g boiled potatoes
- 450 g peas, frozen
- 1 tbsp flour
- ¼ liter of milk
- 1 pack of processed cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Dice the onions and fry them with the minced meat in hot oil. Season and place in a greased casserole dish. Arrange the potato slices and thawed peas on top. Prepare a light sauce using the frying fat, flour, milk, and processed cheese. Season to taste and spread it over the ingredients in the dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. Serve with a green salad. Tip: The sauce can also be replaced with one packet of sauce powder for light sauce. Prepare the sauce according to the manufacturer’s instructions and refine it with the cheese.
