Salmon noodles with peas and dill

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (penne or linguine)
  • 400 g smoked salmon
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 50 g sour cream or cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • 1 tbsp dill, freshly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Two minutes before the end of cooking, add the drained peas to the cooking water, then drain well. Meanwhile, mix the sour cream or cream cheese with the lemon juice. Cut the salmon into strips and immediately mix them with the sour cream and dill into the hot pasta and peas. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Serve with salad.
