Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • some oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely diced
  • Paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi
  • 1 cube of gravy
  • some sauce powder for roasting sauce
  • possibly sauce thickener, dark
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the diced onions until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until gray-brown. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Maggi. Add water and the gravy cube. Simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Before serving, whisk in some gravy powder and thicken with a little gravy thickener, if desired (but this is not necessary). Serve with noodles, rice, or boiled potatoes.
