Minced meat croquettes casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of peas (frozen)
  • 2 can/n soup (champion cream soup)
  • 2 packs of croquettes

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Brown the minced meat and season well with pepper and salt. Then add the peas and cream of mushroom soup and simmer. After about 10 minutes, transfer to a casserole dish and arrange the croquettes on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.
