Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 cup of yogurt (approx. 200 g)
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Wash the lettuce, spin dry, and tear into pieces. Make a salad dressing from yogurt and lemon juice and season with sugar. Drizzle this over the salad just before serving. If you’re trying to gain weight, you can swap the yogurt for whipped cream—it tastes even better.
