Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 8 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika powder
- 10 tsp salt
- 5 tsp Thai curry powder
- 5 tsp marjoram
- 5 tsp peppercorns, colored or black
- ½ tsp cumin
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and grind finely. If you don’t have one, use 3 teaspoons of ground pepper instead of peppercorns and mix all ingredients together in a single jar. This yields approximately 150 g of ground meat seasoning. I use 1 heaped tablespoon to season 500 g of ground meat. Vegetarian meatballs can also be seasoned very well with this.
