Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 8 slices of puff pastry (long)
  • 1 kg minced meat (half and half)
  • 6 jars of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 onions
  • 300 g cheese, grated Gouda
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • possibly peppers

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Grease a deep baking sheet. Roll out 4 sheets of puff pastry and line the baking sheet with them. Chop the onions and mix them with the minced meat, mushrooms, cheese, salt, and 2 eggs. Spread the mixture over the puff pastry. Roll out the remaining puff pastry sheets and spread them on top, ensuring the minced meat is completely covered. Whisk the last two eggs and spread them on top. If desired, you can also top with sliced ​​pepperoni or bell pepper strips. Bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
