Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s), Turkish
- 600 g minced meat
- 1 can/n corn or
- 1 bell pepper(s), chopped
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 egg(s)
- Breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- 1 pack of cheese (slices)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the flatbread into eight slices. Slice the pieces like a roll and place them on a baking sheet. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Mix the minced meat with the vegetables, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings and spread evenly among the flatbread pieces. Cut the cheese slices diagonally and place them on top of the minced meat. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C for about 20 minutes.
