Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 bags of rice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fast food

Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and mustard and fry in a pan until golden brown. Once the beef is browned and crumbly, add the peas and corn and fry for about 5 minutes, not too long so the vegetables don’t overcook. Season to taste and serve with the rice.
