Minced Meat Pan with Peppers
The perfect minced meat pan with peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Pork minced meat fresh
- 200 g Red pepper
- 1 Onion
- Salt pepper
- 0,5 tsp Mustard
- 1 Egg
- 2 Cooked potatoes
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Vegetable broth
- Mix the minced mixture with the egg, chopped onion, salt, pepper and a little mustard. Wash, core and cut the peppers into small pieces. Fry everything together briefly in oil. Mix the minced meat until crumbly.
- Pour in some vegetable stock and reduce. Maybe thicken a little.
- We had boiled potatoes with it. It also goes well with rice or the like as a side dish.
