Minced Meat Pan with Peppers

The perfect minced meat pan with peppers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Pork minced meat fresh
  • 200 g Red pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Mustard
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cooked potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable broth
  1. Mix the minced mixture with the egg, chopped onion, salt, pepper and a little mustard. Wash, core and cut the peppers into small pieces. Fry everything together briefly in oil. Mix the minced meat until crumbly.
  2. Pour in some vegetable stock and reduce. Maybe thicken a little.
  3. We had boiled potatoes with it. It also goes well with rice or the like as a side dish.
