Minced meat patties from the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 8 tsp potato starch or other starch
  • 8 tbsp carbonated mineral water
  • 4 tbsp flakes (potato flakes from a package for mashed potatoes), low in histamine, without additives
  • 4 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • some butter
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Soup seasoning, gluten-free and low in histamine (e.g. Hildegard von Bingen soup seasoning)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Meatballs – gluten-free, lactose-free, egg-free, low in histamine

In a large bowl, combine the potato starch with the sparkling water. Then combine with the remaining ingredients and knead thoroughly. Divide into portions and shape firmly by hand into the desired shape. Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes on the middle rack. These meatballs are gluten-free, lactose-free, egg-free, and low in histamine.
