  • 10 tbsp milk
  • 10 tbsp oil
  • 1 ½ bags of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 g flour

  • small can/n corn
  • lots of tomato ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Knead the quark, milk, oil, baking powder, salt, and flour into a dough and roll it out on a baking sheet. For the topping, peel the onions, slice them, and sauté them in a little oil until translucent. Let them cool. Brush the dough generously with tomato ketchup. Then spread the minced meat in small pieces on the base. Top with the sautéed onions, mushrooms, corn (optional), and grated pizza cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes. I inherited this recipe from my mother.
