Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 1 kg potatoes
- 4 large onions
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- 300 ml milk
- 300 ml water
- 2 tbsp vegetable broth
- some salt and pepper
- oregano
- Thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and boil them in salted water. Drain and return them to the pot. Meanwhile, dice the onions. Brown the minced meat in oil, add the onions, and cook until tender. Add the milk and water to the cooked potatoes, add the minced meat, and stir well. Add the tomato paste, vegetable stock, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme, stir well again, and simmer for about 10 minutes over low to medium heat. It can also be served as a sauce with rice or pasta.
