Minced meat puff pastry from the tray

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • a few sprigs of oregano
  • a few stalks of rosemary
  • Parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 packs of puff pastry, rolled out on baking paper
  • cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • 50 ml condensed milk, unsweetened
  • possibly condensed milk, additionally, for spreading

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Preheat oven to 200°C. Unroll a roll of puff pastry and place it on a baking sheet. Chop the onion, garlic, tomato, and herbs, and set aside. Combine the minced meat with the egg, condensed milk, and onion-tomato mixture. Season to taste with seasonings, and spread it on the puff pastry, folding up the edges. Unroll the second roll of puff pastry using a lattice cutter and place it on the minced meat mixture, pressing down lightly. Brush with cream or condensed milk. Place in the oven (middle rack) for approx. 30-35 minutes. Then cut into pieces and serve. Serve with chili or gypsy sauce and a mixed salad. Can also be enjoyed cold.
