Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g margarine
- 5 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 125 ml milk
- 100 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 50 g raisins, if you like them
- 2 bars of chocolate
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Beat the sugar and margarine until fluffy, add the eggs and mix well. Combine the flour and baking powder and gently stir in. Add the milk as well. Chop the chocolate and fold it into the batter along with the raisins and nuts. Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan and smooth it down. Bake at 175°C for 60 minutes.
