Herbal Garlic Dip
The perfect herbal garlic dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- 4 tbsp Sour cream or yogurt
- Herbs to taste Cut salmon, dill, parsley
- 1 toe Garlic chopped or more
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Splash of lemon juice
- Mix the crerme fraiche with the sour cream or yoghurt and place in a bowl.
- Wash the herbs, finely chop them and add to the creme fraiche-yoghurt mixture.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
