Herbal Garlic Dip

The perfect herbal garlic dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Sour cream or yogurt
  • Herbs to taste Cut salmon, dill, parsley
  • 1 toe Garlic chopped or more
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Splash of lemon juice
  1. Mix the crerme fraiche with the sour cream or yoghurt and place in a bowl.
  2. Wash the herbs, finely chop them and add to the creme fraiche-yoghurt mixture.
  3. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  4. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice.
