When things need to go quickly

Boil just under 1 liter of salted water in a pot. Add the rice to the boiling salted water. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Peel the onion and slice it into thin wedges. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes until crumbly. Fry the onion. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Add the tomato paste to the minced meat and sauté briefly. Add 3/8 liter of water, stock, and unthawed beans. Bring to a boil and cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain the boil-in-the-bag rice, tear it open, add it to the minced meat, and fold it in. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
