Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- 400 g minced meat
- 2 bags of rice, 125 g each
- 150 ml water
- 1 point feta cheese
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. oregano
- e.g. paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Simply
Peel the onion and bell pepper and dice them into small pieces. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Fry the diced onion in hot oil. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika. Add the tomato paste, passata, diced bell pepper, and gradually add the water. Pour the rice into a prepared casserole dish and spread the entire contents of the pan over it. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the rice. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, occasionally spooning the crème fraîche over the casserole.
