Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g rice
  • e.g. vegetable broth
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 150 g blue cheese
  • 150 g cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Cook the rice in vegetable broth until tender. Coarsely grate the zucchini and dice the ham. Mix everything together and season gently with salt and white pepper, depending on the saltiness of the vegetable broth. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Cut the blue cheese into pieces and mash with a fork. Mix well with the cream and egg. Pour over the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25-30 minutes, until the cheese mixture is golden brown. Tip: For vegetarians, it also tastes great without the ham.
