Minced meat sauce with broccoli

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g broccoli
  • ⅛ liter vegetable broth
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 100 g cream
  • salt and pepper

Wash the broccoli and chop it up a bit if necessary. Boil the vegetable broth, add the broccoli, and cook for about 15 minutes. Peel and dice the onions. Sauté in hot oil. Add the ground beef, season with pepper and salt, and fry until well-crumbled. Drain the cooked broccoli (reserve some of the broth if necessary) and puree it finely with a hand blender. Add the ground beef and cream, and season to taste. I serve it with pasta.
