Pasta sauce with Vienna sausages

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g Vienna sausages
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 can peas and carrots, 530 g drained weight
  • 400 g cream
  • 70 g tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Slice the Vienna sausages and fry them in a pan with oil. Add the peas and carrots and pour in the cream. Stir in the tomato paste and spices, bring to a boil briefly, and season to taste.
