Minced meat with pickled cucumbers

Peel the onion and fry well. Remove 2 pickles from the jar, chop them finely, add them to the onions, and fry briefly. Add the minced meat and fry until golden brown. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika powder. Deglaze with a small glass of pickle liquid. Add the bay leaf and garlic clove and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove the leaf and thicken with the gravy. If you like, you can omit the gravy. This goes well with mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes, and pickles. Tip: If you like, you can also make the recipe with pickled gherkins.
