Soak the bread rolls in water. Peel and finely dice 1 onion. Wash the parsley. Finely chop the leaves. Crumble the chilies. Squeeze the bread rolls and tear them apart. Knead the minced meat with the egg, mustard, bread roll, diced onion, parsley, and crumbled chilies. Season with salt and pepper. Form the minced meat mixture into 12 rolls (about 7 cm long each) and wrap each with a slice of bacon. Halve, trim, deseed, wash, and cut into small pieces. Peel the remaining onions and roughly dice them. Sauté the peppers and diced onion in hot oil in a pan, season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Heat the lard in a pan and fry the minced meat rolls on all sides for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan, deglaze the pan with cream and stock, and bring to a boil. Stir in green pepper, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve. Goes well with mashed potatoes
