Minced meat with green beans and beef tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g beans (bush beans)
  • 2 onions
  • 6 large beefsteak tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hunter’s vegetables

Brown the minced meat with the chopped onions until crumbly. Clean and finely chop the green beans, blanch briefly in salted water, drain, and add to the minced meat. Cut the tomatoes into large chunks and add. Season with pepper, salt, and garlic to taste. Stir occasionally and simmer until the beans are tender. Remove the skin from the tomatoes. Serve with potatoes.
