Minced meat – zucchini – pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 100 g minced meat
  • 200 ml cream
  • Clear stock powder, to taste
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Brown the ground beef in a little oil, season with pepper, salt, paprika, and curry powder. Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Add the cubes to the ground beef in the pan and fry. Then add the cream and season with clear broth, salt, pepper, and curry powder. Transfer the pasta to a baking dish, pour over the sauce and cheese, and bake at 150°C (300°F) for about 15 minutes.
