Minced Roast with Mashed Potatoes

The perfect minced roast with mashed potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced beef
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt, pepper, mustard, parsley, marjoram, garlic, rama culinesse
  • 300 g Floury potatoes
  • Salt, butter, milk, caraway seeds and grated nutmeg
  1. Minced beef (can also be mixed) with finely chopped onion, salt, z pepper, egg, marjoram, a little mustard, finely chopped parsley and garlic, finely chopped, mix well and shape into a Striezel. Switch on the oven to 180 degrees. Put the Striezel on a baking sheet and drizzle a little with Rama Culinesse. Now off into the pipe. If you want roast juice, add water and maybe refine it with a soup cube. I also add some garlic to the juice.
  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and cook them in salted water with caraway seeds until soft. Strain with the mixer, a little butter and the milk to a nice pulp. Finally refine with a little grated nutmeg.
