The perfect minced roast with mashed potatoes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Minced beef
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Egg
- Salt, pepper, mustard, parsley, marjoram, garlic, rama culinesse
- 300 g Floury potatoes
- Salt, butter, milk, caraway seeds and grated nutmeg
- Minced beef (can also be mixed) with finely chopped onion, salt, z pepper, egg, marjoram, a little mustard, finely chopped parsley and garlic, finely chopped, mix well and shape into a Striezel. Switch on the oven to 180 degrees. Put the Striezel on a baking sheet and drizzle a little with Rama Culinesse. Now off into the pipe. If you want roast juice, add water and maybe refine it with a soup cube. I also add some garlic to the juice.
- Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and cook them in salted water with caraway seeds until soft. Strain with the mixer, a little butter and the milk to a nice pulp. Finally refine with a little grated nutmeg.
