Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp herbs of your choice
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion granules
- e.g. paprika flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Mix the ground beef with all the ingredients and season to taste (don’t over-knead, or it will become tough). Then form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties. Roll the edges in paprika flakes and then lightly press the flakes in with your fingers. Grill or fry in a pan.
