Pasta dish with creamy sauce
Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in warm water for about 1 hour (according to the package instructions). Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Brown the finely diced bacon in a pan with a little olive oil. Gradually add the minced meat, finely diced onion, and garlic and fry. Deglaze with a small glass of white wine and continue cooking with the lid on for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Place the soaked mushrooms in a sieve and mix the soaking broth (about 1 large cup) with the tomato paste and vegetable broth. Add the mushrooms and broth to the pan. Then add the cream and continue cooking over low heat until the pasta is done. Arrange on plates and serve hot.
