Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 sheet(s) of puff pastry
  • ½ cup sour cream or sour cream
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 8 slice(s) ham, raw
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

hearty snack

Mix the grated cheese with sour cream, egg, and seasoning and spread it on the puff pastry. Top with the ham slices. Roll up from both sides to the center and cut into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
