Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 25 g butter, soft
- 1 egg(s)
- 40 g sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 100 g flour
- 1 shot of milk
- 2 m.-sized apples
- 40 g flour
- 30 g sugar
- 30 g butter, cold
- a little cinnamon powder, as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
for a 16cm mold
For the batter: Beat the butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and beat for a little longer. Then add a pinch of salt. Stir the baking powder and flour into the mixture and add a little milk if desired. Pour the batter into a 16cm springform pan. Peel the apples and cut them into small wedges. Arrange the wedges on the batter. For the crumble: Mix the ingredients into crumbles and spread them on the apple slices. Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Place the cake in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes.
