Mini banana crepes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 ½ banana(s)
  • Butter or oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine milk, flour, sugar, and egg. Mash the banana and add it to the batter. Melt the butter and add it as well. Mix the batter well. Brush a pan with butter/oil and wipe it with a piece of kitchen paper to prevent the crepes from becoming too greasy. Add a small ladleful, or 2-3 tablespoons, of batter to the pan and cook until light yellow, then flip to cook the other side.
