- 125 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g butter
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ pack of baking powder

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl with a mixer, then gently fold in the egg whites. Pour the batter into greased and floured baking pans and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Let cool, turn out, and let cool. Decorate as desired. Makes 6 mini Bundt cakes.
