Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken schnitzels (minute schnitzels)
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 4 toasties
  • e.g. lettuce leaves
  • e.g. tomato slices
  • n. B. cucumber slice(s)
  • n. B. onion rings
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and easy, but very tasty!

Marinate the chicken schnitzels with a tablespoon of oil, oregano, chili flakes, and a pinch of turmeric. Let stand for 10 minutes, then sear in a pan. Season with salt. Toast the toasties. Mix the sauce ingredients and spread on the toasties. Top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion rings, and the chicken. Serve while still warm!
