variable in design

Peel the fruit (the varieties listed are just a suggestion; you can use anything you like and what’s in season: oranges, strawberries, pears, etc.), core it (apples, mangoes, melons, pineapples), and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Place everything in a large bowl and mix with the orange juice. Cover the bowl, shake well, and enjoy. The orange juice prevents the fruit from turning brown, and we all like plenty of liquid.
