Mini Kebab Nordic Way (Joy Abiola and Patrick Müller)

  • 1 piece Iceberg lettuce
  • 300 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 2 piece Onions
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Orange juice
  • 1 Splash Worcester sauce
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 1 Splash Tabasco
  • 1 shot Cognac
  • 1 piece Flatbread
  • 100 g Fresh prawns
  1. For the mini kebab, first wash, dry and cut the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. Peel the onions and cut into rings.
  1. For the cocktail sauce, the whipped cream is first whipped. Then there is the mayonnaise and the ketchup (each homemade from the main course), as well as the orange juice. The whole thing is seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, a splash of lemon juice, Tabasco and a dash of cognac. Mix everything together well.
  1. Briefly bake the flatbread in the oven. Then arrange the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and onions together with the warm bread. Pour the cocktail sauce over it and top with the prawns.
