Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g bratwurst, the meat of which
- 500 g minced meat (beef)
- 80 g oat flakes, fine
- 70 g sauce (steak)
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Makes 12 mini meatloafs
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands or a fork. Divide the mixture into twelve portions and shape them into small meatloaves. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the mini meatloaves on the tray, leaving space between each. Cook in the hot oven for about 30 minutes. You can eat them hot straight away, but it’s best to let them cool and store them in the refrigerator. They’re delicious cold with mayonnaise, ketchup, or mustard—but they also taste great sliced and served on bread.
