Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Maple syrup for drizzling
  • 1 banana(s)
  • some physalis

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sweet skewers with two kinds of mini pancakes

Combine flour, milk, sugar, baking powder, salt, and the egg in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer until a smooth batter forms. Divide the batter in half and stir the cocoa powder into one half. Cook small pancakes one after the other in a nonstick pan. Stack the mini pancakes, alternating between light and dark pancakes. Top with a physalis and a slice of banana. Thread a shish kebab skewer into each serving. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy.
