Make a simple tomato sauce with garlic, spices, and canned tomatoes. (If you’re in a hurry, you can also use a jar of ready-made tomato sauce.) Halve the yeast dumplings lengthwise and spread with the tomato sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and dried herbs, and top with cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at around 230 degrees Celsius. You can top the yeast dumplings with whatever you like. Other delicious toppings include: – pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella – tuna, capers, and cheese – fresh tomatoes, arugula, and Parmesan. The pizzas are also delicious cold and are ideal for a buffet, for example.
