Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large can of pineapple pieces
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 Pepper, red
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

easy and fast

Finely chop the peppers. Peel and finely dice the onion, and sauté the diced onion in hot oil. Add the pineapple pieces, pineapple juice, vinegar, and chopped peppers, along with salt and pepper. Simmer the mixture gently for 5 minutes, blend with a hand blender, stir in the raisins, and chill the chutney.
