Mini Poppy Seed Pancakes

The perfect mini poppy seed pancakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 40 g Ground poppy seeds
  • 20 g Powdered sugar
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Glass Extra flavored Holstein plum jam
  1. Put the flour, poppy seeds, powdered sugar, milk and eggs in a bowl and stir with a whisk. Let the dough soak for 10 minutes. Heat some oil in a pan (20 cm), always pour 1 small ladle of batter into it and gradually fry 8 pancakes in it. Brush with plum jam while still warm, roll up and serve dusted with powdered sugar.
