Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 720 g flour
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup baking soda – lye

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

super easy and super delicious

Knead together the flour, water, dry yeast, salt, and sugar. Do not let it rise! Divide the dough into 16 pieces and form into small balls. Roll each one in the lye and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Finally, dip a sharp knife in water and cut a cross into each ball. Let it rise on the sheet for half an hour, then bake at 200°C until golden brown. They taste best warm!
