Mini tarte flambée with bacon

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 280 g flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 200 ml water
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 onions, red
  • 4 shallots
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly olive oil
  • possibly garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead the flour with oil, water, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to form a dough. Roll out into 8 flatbreads and place on a baking sheet. Mix the crème fraîche with the milk, season with salt and pepper, and spread on the flatbreads. Dice the onion and spread it over the dough along with the bacon. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 25 minutes. Tip: Drizzle a few drops of olive oil with garlic over the hot flatbreads.
