Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cubes of yeast
  • 1 kg flour
  • Water
  • 4 cups of cream
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 400 g bacon, diced
  • 2 small onions
  • 4 apples (Boskop)
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • Cinnamon and sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Make a yeast dough from the yeast, flour, and water. Let it rise for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Then spread it very thinly on the baking sheet. It shouldn’t be exactly the same shape as the sheet, just make it a little smaller and round the corners. Mix the cream with the sour cream and spread it on the dough. Top with the bacon cubes, onion rings, and grated cheese. Season to taste (salt and pepper). Cover four baking sheets with this mixture. Slice the apples into rings and place them on the other two baking sheets, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. These two baking sheets will be for dessert. Enjoy, preferably with friends.
